Mr. Hoover, a multifaceted professional who integrates expertise in engineering, real estate, and aviation, serves as the principal of a self-storage portfolio while directing a diverse portfolio of industrial and technological ventures. A resident of Garland, Texas, with his wife, Lais, and their two daughters, Mr. Hoover maintains distinctions as an instrument-rated pilot and a two-time high school doubles state champion in tennis. The family attends Life Fellowship Church in McKinney, Texas.
